Normally doors don't just fall off, but if it's somehow secured by caulk/silicone, it easily could have just picked the middle of the night to fall off.Would love to see a photo if you do go check it out (or even a photo if you have one before the tenant moved in) to see what kind of shower door we're dealing with here

And they are by and large A class properties that sell for 4 to 5 caps and in Beaverton these apartments support Nike and Intel along with Genentech Fujitsu and many other high tech companies they call it the silicon forest so our multi here is nothing like you see in Memphis..
