The property was going as a land sale when there was already a house built on it with a detached garage, huge storage shed, a small animal, pen, and a four horse barn.

I once bought a school from the county board in which there were no disclosed leases on the property only to find out later that they failed to disclose an internet company was leasing a small shed (probably 4' x 6') on the property.

There is a utility shed with all four water heaters and a washer & dryer, which unit #1 has always used.

Instead, CONTRACT with a PM and you shed this issue passing it on to them.

We add dishwashers, central HVAC in everything we rehab, and try to add some other nice feature when budget allows - full fenced in yard, for example, or nice storage shed, something like that.
