First question: how much cash do you have to invest, and is this separate from your emergency funds? 

I doubt many are going into credit card debt or if they are that's kind of crazy.. as this part of real estate has no smoke and mirrors generally.And I suspect because most of these folks are doing some sort of PPM and need to deal with accredited investors.. that separates those wanting to start to those who have already had some financial win's or experience and just looking for a new avenue.. 

I would imagine the bigger loan origination companies out there who underwrite like robots because they are lining up the sale before closing  will be the exception and require those docs up front. 

These special taxes, as they are called, are collected the same way as general taxes (December & May) but are listed out separately.

Doing a short term rental in a separated area that has its own designated, kitchenette and bathroom, would likely give you better returns and less headache.

Also, are you doing separate loans, or one loan covering both properties?

Plus the fact that hotels can not offer a separate unit/with a full kitchen/a laundry/a back yard/ parking/etc......  

It isn’t separate unless they are in a corporation or partnership.

I was so caught up in the project in its entirety that it never occurred to me that they are 2 separate things.
