It's one thing if you decided to open a restaurant with no guidance or mentorship and your restaurant failed, but to get people to sell their homes and you fail and then they are left in very bad situation because there are things you didn't realize or know about (without begging other people for help when you are in a last minute pickle) is kind of selfish.
