They don't seem to care about their customers and the tax department is the worst.

Newly built homes are still selling well it seems, the older inventory buyers seem a bit more discerning over and are fussier on the price.  

And if they seem open to it be sure to follow up every two months or so.

I believe furnished finder is the way to go as it seems like the majority are looking on that website.

It seemed like a long-term play with less price or industry volatility.

Owen,  Pursuing a career as a realtor can be incredibly rewarding, but it's not as simple as it may seem, especially in the early stages.

One lender says only LTV & Credit, another says credit tells nothing about ability to repay (seems true, it's more about willingness to repay past lenders) and that experience integrity and deal in that order. 

I know DR Horton and Lennar are still building a lot, but they seem to be building smaller communities.

Also It seems that in my city this doesn't exist with a duplex, triple etc.. 

I'm looking to make smart decisions for 2025, and this seems like a great place to start.
