I would not require any structural improvements to the slab at this time, but I would recommend the owner maintain the following items in the future:Maintain grading around the foundation of the house per the attached specificationsKeep soil near the foundation walls moist during dry weatherExpect cracking in floor, and seal with flexible sealant when visibleThe proposed maintenance is designed to retain strength of the foundation.

Thought it was the Windows sweating as they were aluminum and seals broken. so bought new Windows, which almost didn't get installed because of the rot from water intrusion the installers found.
