This workforce rotates weekly and my guys are constantly training new people.

And yes i keep rotating but...  

Put about 5 up at a time and rotate them in groups of 4.  

Because we have quite a few, we have been skirting the 10 mortgage limit by rotating names to put on each mortgage, essentially allowing us to acquire 30 mortgages.We are essentially funding each other's personal properties and operating under a general partnership agreement, and mitigating risk by sharing P and Ls evenly between all units.

My wife is having shoulder rotator cuff completely repaired 95%- and due to her deteriorisation from dialysis and sepsis, I cannot think of a more perfect time to be throwing myself into flips ;  lol.  

If using a tape it should be rotated as quickly as possible while shooting max amount of water for flushing effect.

You see, ceiling fans are far heavier than a typical ceiling light fixture, and the rotation of the fan also introduces some higher forces on the mounting than a normal ceiling light fixture.
