It is well diversified like Chicago is revealed to be the most diversified city. 

I recently walked away from a house I had under contract because the walk through revealed problems that killed the comps.

I purchased a property and lived in it for years before I changed insurance companies and it was revealed that I wouldn't be insured until the Federal Pacific circuit breaker was replaced.

Yet it would have been more costly for me to move forward without that inspection and sometimes inspections reveal no issues, other times they reveal issues that are too costly to fix moving forward. 

Did it reveal anything?

Our state requires us to reveal our rental criteria before we can accept money for an application and that we give the applicant a reason for rejecting their application.

If not it is difficult as the HOA is not supposed to reveal this to others.

The horse's mouth didn't reveal the recipe to KFC...if you bought at auction that's not incredible that someone spoke to you.

The inspection revealed termite damage that may require the entire sill to be replaced.
