That was one complaint that rolled through, however when they opened the door to their walk in pantry, they retracted that comment and stated this would work most defiantly.  

In "Good Faith" we retracted our cancellation.

Instead, I have decided to retract my offer of $770k and re-offered $710k after inspection.  

We then heard nothing from them for a day followed by them retracting their counter offer.

I have seen a deal fall out of contract due to financing at the "11th hour", truly about 10 days before scheduled close, and have had very strong verbal offers to buy retracted because of unsurety, both in operations and financing.Along @Brian Burke comment, this will take a while to work out. 

Yes, I'm helping L, I had a conversation with the owner coming to an agreement but as I mentioned he retracted his agreement and manipulated a new lease, failed to mention he back dated it (before the girls moved in) showing M as a tenant with the lease expiring.Funny too, another tenant is moving out this weekend, different deal but the owner jacked the rents up 25% to drive them out, another violation here.

@John Woodrich You mentioned rental opportunities on Park Point and there are a few new and recently reduced listings that have great rental potential - one particular property even comes with a retractable dock and concrete boat landing.

It also cannot be retracted once it is deposited into your account since they have checked to make sure there are enough funds for the transaction or at least that is what my services tells me.
