I just happened to stumble upon Chris and Blue Metric Group while I was researching making the jump from SFHs to a mobile home park.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

In researching it sounded like Delta was going through some changes/growing pains in that area.

So far whatever I researched this looks a good plan.

It’s something we’re still investing time into researching, but that’s all I can say right now.

Initially, I though I could only get 3 lots out of the land, but after some research and some luck I was able to subdivide the lots into 4 separate lots.
