Yet another praise must be given for the BRRRR strategy. 

I haven't seen a single user make a post praising the changes, but I've seen plenty complaining about them (including some from long-time members, which to me is rather telling).Just my two cents.

I can't praise this book enough, especially for young people who want to get into real estate but don't take the next steps because of self-doubt regarding success and failure.

Everyone praises FHA loans but there are drawbacks to everything.

I see you have posted several times giving them high praise.  

There is no advice to be given since you choose to use a property management company, I'm not trying to convince you to change and there can be no advice if you feel this company is doing an outstanding job.The point of my reply is that while you're praising the situation, I see it as the opposite. 

Again, these folks should be singing the praises of the company and their further education and encouraging others to take that journey too.

When I called the current landlord I get nothing but praise regarding this tenants "always pays rent on time" "great renter" "devastated to lose him".  

@Tom Cafarella I'm just realizing that you run Ocean City Development, Gualter definitely has sung your praises!  

I have seen a number of posts from NEW BP members, basically singing someone's praises or saying XYZ is the best mentor/trainer out there.
