I think I'm going to go with a Keurig and offer a variety of coffee, tea, and cocoa pods rather than a cheap $20 coffee pot (that always drives me nuts when I stay places!)

We are constantly getting stupid letters...trash cans left out too long, cars not parked all the way in the driveway, and my favorite letter from a couple months ago - potted plants by front door were overgrown.

Since they voluntarily chose to not renew when offered  they forfeit any relocation fee and you must accept though new tenant according to their signed lease.

That's still illegal.Over time the "food industry" will eat its way up the "food chain" and take over the processed product categories one by one too, and for the same reasons.At a moments notice, if the federal government decides to play rough, all they have to do is pass some legislation (or just threaten) to revoke the charter of any bank that accepts money from any pot related bussiness.
