Freddie Mac will allow you to finance each property and the Maximum is 10 loans on credit.

I think they used to go up to like 80-85% CLTV depending on credit score.

Some parcels are actually worth as much or more after the credits are clipped as before. 

Charges them all for parking passes (on the lots I own), charges for pets, charges to empty the coin op laundry, charges for credit checks etc.
