Be candid and do it in person.

For example, they won't need to cover your personal belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.) because you won't be living there.A landlord policy should cost about the same as a homeowner's policy; it just changes what is covered.

Since the original loan was apparently for a primary residence an LLC could never qualify because it isn't a person who would owner occupy the property. 2.

If you set the vision and then define the roles and responsibilities I think you can have an easier time finding the person you are looking for.
