The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want. 

Most people have zero knowledge or experience when it comes to building. 

@Bradley Buxton I'd like to network with more people that have a net worth of between 5 and 10 million dollars.

And the ONLY people being foreclosed on have to have purchased very recently and have zero equity.

I know Hunter is busy, but it seems like something more needs to be in place for people that have just onboarded, though maybe I'm just not being patient enough as I'm sure they onboarded a surge of people in conjunction with the really excellent production.

Maybe, but so far the reports are about neighborhoods where people have real money.

Both people lived up to the terms of the contract (the lease) and it is done.

:)Just kidding.1) Stock market: may want to do this while exploring other options, just make sure funds are easily accessible2) Buy Multi-unit: two basic options:- Buy turnkey: may not cashflow for 3-5 years, depending on your management skills.- Buy someone else's problem: can you fix their problems?
