I've stopped/paused hunting in my area, but sounds like affordable small houses are abundant in yours, JR.One caution on your $45k price point.

I’ve been talking to them and looking at pulling the trigger this year- but would definitely pause to hear your story!

That alone gives me pause.

It gives me pause as the first 6 months is when I am most vulnerable as we will be doing remodel work and improvements and the property will only be running at 50% capacity.

I do want to take it slow and a 6 month pause sounds good, and I definitely don't want to get into any kind of partnerships, etc.
