From it I have obtained the name of another competitive insurer to add to my arsenal.I have not used Opie, but after reading the posts here, I went online and obtained a quote for one SFH rental.

I don’t think it matters one way or the other just make sure they have some sort of online portal.

However, if all they offer is general info, I think you can find most of it yourself in Bigger Pockets and other online sources.

Just shop around online, look for properties similar to yours, add them to favorites and watch them to see how long it takes for them to rent.
