In your experience, do you have a range that is charged?

Navy Federal does HELOCs on investment properties…not sure if LLC is OK…and rates are in the 10.75% range for an investment HELOC in March of 2024.  

Price range is about $600,000 to 1.4 Million.

- What metrics do you use to measure "good"Ex "Hi I'm looking to buy a single family home in Richmond TX in the $150-200k price range.

We’re not married to any Particular development, but ideally we’re looking for something newer (less than 5 years), detached with a good sized pool (not splash pool) We’ve been looking at 4-5 bedroom homes in Championsgate in the under 600k range.  

I have helped several investors recently acquire single family homes around the $400K price point that rent in the $2,200-$2,350 range.

I think some other numbers to consider are, what can you get for the $700k to $800k range right now?

If it’s a structured settlement and you aren’t getting a lump lum, you could contribute some of that to a Roth or Traditional IRA each year, or if you are self employed even more to a SEP IRA.Also what’s your short term, mid term and long term objectives?

@Jaycee Greene I’m looking to buy another 2 unit duplex, prices are ranging between 500K - 650K.

I did this prior to my R2R purchase to ensure my numbers were in the same range as R2R's projections.
