As a moderator on BP for years, though I've been away for awhile, I've answered this question many times in one form or another.

Never have I ever seen a moderately financially successful Greek father with high-functioning, impressive kids who didn't come straight home after any job he was employed at to hand his paycheck to his wife, who almost always also did the accounting for his family business, if he had one.

Most years I have had moderate income (last year less than 6 digits of taxable income). 

Existing facilities for the most part are so close to institutionalization for lower and moderate income people that not using them would be a selling tool to get more clients. 

How DID  you secure a position on BP as a moderator?

Leverage is good, but all things in moderation.

Does BP moderate the AI responses at all?

They will both be up (moderately).

The apartment side has provided some competition, but if you've got a solid size house you'll do fine.I'd say it's been slightly above average for my year 2 leases compared to my other cities. 0 turnover, all slight-moderate increases, very good tenants. 

I am looking for a a SFH ranging from 100k-250k in need of light to moderate repairs.
