i really just want to know all about it to see if this is possibly strategy that i would want to use, ecspecially with banks tightening up how much and who they lend and just making it even more miserable.

That way if everything goes to hell, I know I won't be moving back in with the parents.Maybe it's just my area (Midwest) but I find it hilarious that the prospect of accumulating half a million dollars of real estate in cash is actually easier than going through the ridiculous process of crafting resumes and cover letters, submitting applications online which aren't even read by humans and are usually immediately denied, going through weeks of interviews, and maybe getting another miserable job.

Investor committees are put together lawyers come in .. they oust the GP... now you have a lawyer and investors trying to run the asset they fail miserably because the lawyer is milking the deal.. then they just all cry foul and start getting the DA involved 500 complaints to DA they have to do something they charge the 2 not just one but 2 owners of the company with criminal... one guy got 6 years in Folsom the other 9 in San question..

HOA manager here... if there truly is nothing in the covenants or other documents allowing them access then you have a case for making their lives miserable if they enter your premises without permission.
