Those are more realistic table setters for you to begin your journey if you couple that with podcasts and in-person meetups so you can learn from real investors and their journeys.To invest, you will always need to be earning more money so you don't want to start your journey thinking you can do it with no money.

LOL   yeah, if you see amortization table for pviate loan and higher rate commercial, 90% of the payment is going to lender anyway LOLI would rather pay off that quickly as well. but for something like C/D class duplex somewhere in indianapolis with 2 percent rate, I can hold the loan for 30 years lol

I actually bring the money in and I ONLY get paid for success at the closing table  .. you would be amazed that very few will follow up or want to learn more about how we can help them..

I am a licensed real estate agent and I think I bring a lot to the table that I can offer others.

I was able to save $45k in 15 months waiting tables and selling things on eBay (would be happy to show you what I was doing) - but I sacrificed A LOT (I really did not have friends or a life). 

I was able to get approved for a loan but need to bring $25K to the table which I do not have.
