The pricing for Real Estate is way out of whack due to no supply so everything is over priced right now and not sure if worth the house hack.

Every state has a slightly different process, and time frame for each step, so you may want to consult a Realtor for your state process.

Turns out, not so much.

I've paid my dues in multiple different programs through the years and I've had some amazing experiences as a result and some not so good ones.  

So a loss of about 55k We did a lease to own option so I could immediately take over expenses but keep their primary resident loan and interest rate.We agreed to a deal which would cover all their expenses at closing, their remaining loan balance, and $45,000.

When I tried to get it when my side of the family found out and tried ti take over reverser mortgage payments to bank because she had died it was to late so they sold the house to Hud and then other reverse mortgage companies but a relative still lives there so they can't kick them out.

If the deal pencils, the underwriting is so much easier.
