While I wish I could buy a place instead of be a renter in Manhattan, I think it's a little out of my league to start off there with little cash and no experience.

Hold the rest on a ten year note at 10% and make a handsome return on front end and back end Or go big league !!

After Rec league baseball (about 3 weeks) would be the best for me.

I then would spend more money to get the house ready to rent and look into the business side/league aspects of renting a home.Positives - Long-term financial benefit; I would assume that I can get roughly $900 a month renting this home - after taxes and insurance it would be safe to say I would profit $725.

One of their clients who came over called them "Bush League" and I found it kind of funny.

These sellers seemed out of their league. 

The other markets that I was considering before I made a decision were League City TX (10%), Pearland Tx (11%), Texas City TX (8%), Norman OK (12%) all have  a price to rent ratio that is lower than Winter Garden.

As turnkey as possible with opportunity for organic improvements and revenue growth as units turn over but I'd prefer to stay away from a major league rehab at this point.
