Enterprise is a great organization to learn Leadership so that is a good move to make for now.  

Funds have gained popularity in the last 4-5 years, but the content & thought leadership around them hasn't quite caught up.

It’s all about leadership, discipline, ownership, etc.

And for FL and TX, those are definitely low men on the cash flow totem poles these days.

This is a volunteer position but speaks to my dedication, commitment to excellence, and leadership abilities.

I have spent a lot of time in school, and while I have learned a lot and it has taken me far, I am finding that organic growth and learning by intensely reading up on all the things I've gained interest in (real estate, economics, business development, leadership) is opening up even more opportunities and accelerating my growth like crazy!

One more thing Dawn, full disclosure, I am part of a network marketing company that teaching about leadership, finances, and provides mentorship.  

My goal is to skyrocket as a REI under the right leadership and mentoring.Right now, I started doing driving for dollars, absentee owners list, calling buyers, however, I come from a massive process, KPI, metric background in order to scale for larger companies.
