Glenn your calculation is close-knit, there is no range for possible other problems.

@Matt Hendrickson, re agents work in a super competitive space, so part time is gonna be very difficult...unless you have access to a large group of people you can network in person, like your church group or similar tight knit group that will support you.

Yes, its definitely a great, tight-knit group of committed individuals.  

Some people play golf, some knit, some ride a bike or motorcycle....and some find stuff to complain and fuss about....good luck!
