Binghamton, NY. Looking to Connect.

Hello! I live in the Binghamton, NY area and I am looking to invest here locally. 

I wanted to create this post to find out if there were any others on BiggerPockets that were in the Binghamton area as well, if you would like to connect, feel free to reach out.

@Marco Carney Happy to connect, I am one of four principals for Shorewinds Capital we are relatively new to Bing and closing on a 6 unit this week. My team @Alex Dano, @Hersh Rai and others have varying levels of real estate experience.  

We rely heavily on our strategic local partners like @Stephanie Jacobson. Having a strong local team is a major advantage whether its knowing which inspector to use or what sellers to avoid. We look forward to being at the closing table with her many times this year. 

Definitely do your homework, we searched upstate New York for about a year before settling on Bing. I originally wanted to go to Rochester, we also looked at Syracuse, and Buffalo.
