They will definitely find problems on the property, but not everything is a deal killer.

I typically pay 10% between origination fees, lawyers, inspectors, appraisals, taxes (which is the big killer of all deals and can be in the thousands if not 10s of thousands) Granted, my taxes are prorated at closing but I still need the money upfront. 

So if you wouldn't allow a known killer in your unit, why would you even consider a sexual predator?

If you cater to higher enlisteds or officers they will pay rent, not doing so are career killers.

In all fairness with the amount we are saving for reserves and cap ex it is closer to 2000 a month but it was a killer deal.

I understand that I won't qualify for a killer deal my first go around and I am not expecting to.

Unless there is an unbeatable killer deal further out to capture my attention.

The high property taxes and insurance in TX are cash flow killers.
