Hello everyone,I'm a new investor based in Dallas, TX, and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

A friend introduced me to one called El Silencio last week.

I was an agent when buyer broker agency was introduced in VA, as a solution to avoid the many lawsuits post-sale arising from buyer confusion that the agent assisting them actually represented them, when at that time all agents worked for the seller.

I would like to talk to him about buying his property but at the very least just want to introduce myself and have good relationship with him.

A good realtor can also introduce you to mortgage brokers or financing options that suit your needs. 

But Governors do get members of their state legislature to introduce legislation on their behalf that they will later sign into law.
