The good news is I'm getting very close to closing my first multifamily property but the bad news is I woke up this morning thinking about my inexperience regarding the differences between leasing a SFH versus inheriting existing tenants currently in the complex.

Yes indeed, "Wholesaling" should not be taking too literally in Canada, (yet) - as the market is entirely different, but conceptually, it appears to be a valid process, (speaking from my inexperience) - yet of course, not nearly as easy as USA.And yes indeed, the Lower Mainland is for people with deep pockets.

It might lead me to pass up on some ok/good opportunities, but my inexperience leads me to be a bit more 'safe' initially.
