So to summarize, as Michael said, spend some quality time immersing yourself in BP and then you will be able to see if you need a program at all.  

Of course you don't need 450K a month to live, and of course you probably don't need more than 50-100 cash flowing properties to be content and satisfied with life.But there are those that want more; they are the game players.

I would immerse myself with everything that is going on in the Tennessee market (assuming that's where you want to invest) being that you are there.

The in person classes on the other hand, offer you that personal touch, that immersion in the material, that will help you to grasp it better.

The pro membership can be helpful to immerse yourself in what you need to learn.

The way you do it is by becoming immersed in researching the value of every property bought and sold, including their condition, in a defined area.

Hi All,I'm just starting to immerse myself into the real estate investing world.

I will be getting my license as an agent in the next 6 months and I seriously want to become immersed in real estate.

Looking back on it, I learned a lot and am now more mature and ready to treat my business like a business, be committed and immerse myself in these books and webinars like never before.

FYI, I finished Flipping Houses a few days ago and am currently immersing myself into Estimating Rehab Costs. ;) Great stuff.
