I've seen complaints from other STR owners with photos of laminate counters with burn rings from hot pots, which won't happen with granite. 

This raises the operational costs for hosts.Compliance with Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT): STR operators must collect and remit the city’s HOT (9% for San Antonio and 1.75% for Bexar County)​. 

I do not recommend backyard especially if you have a pool or hot tub and certainly nothing interior!

Perhaps some reciprocal is to tone it down and not come in hot as my teenagers call it!

What is the cost of an HVAC system vs. a heat pump vs. forced hot water vs. baseboard and what is the cost to the tenant? 

I need to know if in INDIANA its legal to receive a finders fee....I got caught up in a webinar full of hot buttons on the ease of making these fees (Phil Grove from Texas is Guru behind this but someone else presented the webinar.  

From, "someone ate my food" to "someone takes long showers and uses up all the hot water" and even arguements over parking spots.Who wants to handle all that extra nonsense for "free"?
