It's one of the healthiest HOAs I've seen.Properties 1 and 2 were financed with conventional loans.  

Also you could try to find members of a university organization like Greek life or some members of a soccer team etc.  

Does anyone know of any requirements that would be specific to Greek nationals regarding investing in U.S. real estate? 

I live in Santa Clara and am software consultant by profession so most of the real-estate jargons are greek at this point.But I am willing to learn, and was wondering if a 3 months course for a real-estate agent license makes sense even if I really don't want to make that my primary profession (I am told it does not pay very well :).Investments are a different game for sure.

What I love about them the most is that the hosts always have the beginner investors in mind, so it doesn't sound like ancient Greek to newbies.

We have concern over a Chinese economic slowdown, Greek default, Spain, Portugal, Ireland.

Drew,Drake has a pretty large Greek presence from what I've been told. 

Sailing the greek islands(Yes, I have literally had all of these).They will take your place sight unseen, just let them know your address and they will have their dad / brother / agent / send you a certified check.
