When will the next investor meet up be in town?

I've seen people who meet everyone of my qualifications and turned out to be night mare tenants and also people who missed the mark of certain criteria and turned out to be my golden tenants. 

But as I discovered, has no real significance to the apartment game, except for the ability to market and raise money.

Meeting other investors in real life helps spur the thoughts and research into reality.

You already have a pretty solid portfolio, so adding another property and generating more cash flow might accelerate your wealth in a way that the Roth can’t match, especially if you’re planning to transition to real estate full-time soon.The long-term game for you seems to be building that cash flow and equity in real estate, and it sounds like taking the hit on the Roth 401(k) could be worth it for the immediate returns.

Since you’re focusing on both single and multi-family, I’d ask, what’s your game plan for market selection?

I would also recommend you start attending real estate investor meet ups or become part of networking groups where you are located.
