@George TorresIf you're trying to turn the the flipping of in real estate into your full-time job or one of your main jobs, then look into the ROBS 401k (Rollover as Business Startup) as it will allow you to use all of your retirement funds tax and penalty free to finance a real estate operating company provide a you are an employee of the business and therefore you can draw a fair salary.

As long as you buy another property that is worth more than the one you are selling you can roll over all the proceeds into another property.

If it is with a current employer, then borrowing from the 401k is likely the only option as most companies do not allow for an in-service rollover.

Even if your employer does allow for an in-service rollover to another plan, you would need to retain $20K collateral for the loan in the plan, so you would only be able to move $38K.
