Did anyone get started with their first residential assisted living facility?

Different story if a construction loan facility was not required. 

We have a big need for MTRs since there are so many healthcare facilities downtown. 

I was full every week with STR Guests using the facilities.

So for example, here in Greenville, South Carolina, we have major auto manufacturers, BMW, Michelin and a whole host of smaller companies that manufacture parts for these larger facilities at BMW and Michelin.

While SU is a huge driver for the area, we have a lot of other economic drivers, including the two new Amazon facilities, but also newer companies such as TCGPlayer and Spincar, along with a multitude of new drone companies which are here for the expanding Tech Garden and the drone corridor which runs from Syracuse to Rome, NY.

My small business unit is a supervised living facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

@Henry Clark @Rebecca GrazianoThere's a lot of different ways to source self storage - I think first you have to decide development vs buying an existing facility (an existing facility doesn't necessarily need to be a storage facility).
