Looking for anyone who has experience dealing with an inherited SDIRA which owns real estate, even better if multiple beneficiaries involved.

I am a digital marketer by trade so I wanted to see their sales funnel and also legitimately learn more about the program.If I could choose one word to describe my experience it would be Disappointment.So why was I disappointed and why am I even writing this review?

Not that I am opposed to this with a company that has founder with nearly 30 yrs of wall street experience, but I would want to hear their track record and how honest they are about it, primarily.

I’d appreciate hearing from anyone with experience in this area, particularly if you know of any process to decontrol rent-controlled units when they become vacant.Also, I’m seeking recommendations for an attorney with expertise in rent control, tenant law, or real estate in NYC.

Can  someone share an experience on obtaining STR license in Broward, FL?

If the numbers still make sense after factoring in all repairs, it could be a great learning experience.
