All existing STRs with 2 days rented in the last year will be granted legal non-conforming status.  

Someone in the legal profession told me that we can give her 30 day notice and then proceed with an eviction.

I know it’s no longer legal to do wholesaling in SC but let’s say you have the money to buy the property and you can turn it around.

If that does not go in my favor I may need to seek legal counsel.

Isn't it unlikely that a homeowner who cant afford a 2-3k tax bill would even challenge this legally?
