Perhaps I am very unclear on the type of loan you are getting, but I pulled the closest ALTA statement on my desk I could find for comparison.This is a property we purchased in Sept 2022. 

The $1.9 Million will cover the installation of a newly available early wildfire detection system along the City’s northern boundary, following the wildland-urban interface to the Alta Loma and Etiwanda neighborhoods along the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains.

An ALTA survey of the Property (if available).

Wholesaler should put you on email chain or some other communication with attorney so y'all can discuss title, ALTA, closing date/time and wiring instructions.

ALTA survey, Phase I environmental, etc.

It also needs to filter through ALTA.  

The winters here are a rainy breeze compared to Edmonton, Alta where I grew up.
