So, I'm going to try to get out of the discussion somewhat elegantly. :)The Caribbean/CARICOM issue was a misunderstanding.

It's more elegant than that but it's not in the standard language.  

I simply used electrical tape, which adds to the time, but still worth it.And if your supply tubes for a sink come through the floor, you need an elegant fix to stabilize them, as they don't stand up straight as copper or steel would.And in tight corners, you may not get the crimp tool in, as that needs quite a bit of space.

Not very elegant.

It looks like you got your hands dirty, and the result is a stunning balance of elegant/hip.

When i say id want to do $100k in repairs im just calling out the number it would take to have new kitchen, new bathrooms elegant crown moldings, finishing the basement, gorgeous landscaping, new hardwood floor if necessary, central air.

At least an insert looks modern and elegant on it's own with no further work needed.
