The kiosk models I'm looking at hold and can dispense 5 locks. 

Ice makers / water dispensers will not be repaired if they fail during the term of the lease.

- TRUE turnkey will either have waterproofed as needed, replaced or cleaned the gutters, and properly routed all water dispensing channels.

We ourselves bring in simple items like hand towels, soap dispensers, fake flower vase, stools (when there is a breakfast bar), etc. even minor items can help make the property feel more "homey".
