@Glenn Cross yes, PMCs handle this type of stuff - if an owner is willing to budget & pay for it.You can also try using TaskRabbit or other services to handle yourself.Just be sure to ask for before & after pics to make sure you don't get scammed.

Possibly a fishing scam.

In light of the fact that the leases are a scam I would not feel guilty but would still try to prove the leases are not valid first.

Hey Erik,They ended up being a scam and I learned the hard way.

They are either part of the scam or are not smart enough to know you getting scammed.

There are so many items that you'll find early, easily fix & extend useful life, by just devoting one weekend to several units, instead of letting them becoming major problems with major expense, which is usually when tenant and management notice.

There are a lot of people outh there making a commission on pushing those loans just do not fall victim to that type of scam.

Is Kris Krohn  legit or another guru just scamming people out of their money, giving them false hope?

It turned out the whole thing was a bit of a scam - the "lender" took a huge up front fee ($4,000) to do the deal - so it turned out they weren't really the lender... they were acting more like a broker...while it wasn't said this way, it appeared to be "after you pay us $4,000, we'll try to go and find you a loan."
