We saved a lot of money by doing the demo ourselves.

This is since that last part varies a lot - like if you had demo or grading or a septic system to put in before you could start building the structure.Floors... we typically go for luxury vinyl plank vs either laminate or engineered wood.

But here's a start for you:1) Permit/plans/engineering2) Demo (?)

Purchase price: $80,000 This was our first flip and it happened to need a full re-remodel due to previous owner performing a full demo (sheetrock removed, electrical, plumbing and all left was studs.

I have no interest in pursuing a lawsuit or anything like, as I like to stay on the admin's good side since they often provide me opportunities to purchase demo list properties to give a second chance.

If you demo a junker on a R-2 zoned property does the land stay R-2 in most cases? 

Hey Charlie, we just bought an RV park and after doing lots of demos, we are going with Res Nexus.

I intend on demoing the property and potentially building out 6-8 units.  2.
