That is so kind :) Definitely struggling now though as I've said- in trying to figure out what next steps might be. 

There are definitely some hiccups with it being a small company, but I do have to say that their response time on tickets is really fast.

@Charles Evans, definitely keep all paperwork associated with your tenant (lease, receipts, etc).For expenses that are not split per unit but are for the entire structure (utilities if not separately metered, mortgage interest, etc), keep a record of those payments so your tax pro can deduct a percentage of them for the unit you're renting.

@Lina Truong definitely submerse yourself in MTR learning for at least 2-3 months.

I saw on WLOS that they're saying they're going to pause for 100 days to think about the path forward.

Whether or not it's the bottom, it's definitely a buyer's market in those areas, and they are nice, big cities with major transportation centers.
