But after a year or so I want to purchase my first single family home and BRRRR it and continue BRRRRR'n SFH's. honestly, I'm not sure if this is a good idea, or good start.

Despite their track record, both these guys continue to peddle their snake oil.

Building out the systems to continue to track inputs is exciting. 

I am preparing to attend their next meetup towards the end of the month and will continue looking for more ways to stay engaged.
