I know a lot of people will say "it's a business and needs to be treated as such," but I think having a little compassion can go a long way.

Having dollar signs in your eyes and heart with no compassion or ability to read between the lines is not the kind of landlord I would want, nor would I sell to. 

Compassion cost money.

Its amazing how in this world compassion is attacked. 

Judge may show some "compassion" to homeowner because homeowner able to pay the mortgage in full and keep his/her own property. 

Compass (formerly paragon) tends to have good SF stats.

In my opinion anytime you need to find someone who is "desperate" for your strategy to work it is not something that fits my moral compass.   

What I intended to convey was to the seller there was no 6% such as a traditional "cash offer"Great feedback that I'm heeding: move on to the next property, wait for them to come back to me with interest, check back if/when listing expires, and most of all don't post with half-baked details which inevitably will come across as poorly messaged - this case distorting my moral compass.

So how about a little bit of compassion for a newbie, instead of just calling me lazy.
