After paying the company tax in the working entity I'm sending it to the holding as dividend, and there it is exempt from paying dividend tax if I leave it within the holding reinvesting in other projects without taking it out.  

This continued imbalance in housing supply to household formations and population growth.Changing Demographics and PreferencesPeople are also waiting longer to start families (Source), and people are valuing more the flexibility that renting provides in the remote work and online business era as well as the sense of community apartment complexes can provide in our digital and post-pandemic world where people feel less connected to the community than before (Source).

After a rehab budget of $20k, We resold for $355k which was the highest recorded sale in the community EVER!

If that investor hadn't planned it carefully and re-invested that money into the property or even the purchase of another then a recapture fee would hit them hard. 

One meter reading for all usage or like some small communities a set price for each occupied home?
