I had one unit that was a chronic PITA until I finally found the right tech to properly diagnose and resolve the issue.  

It's thought that "some" who acquire a virus, of any form, sometimes have lingering symptoms of chronic fatigue, joint/muscle pain, etc....for years afterwards.

Hoping to get that turned around quickly and get a paying tenant in there.2 tenants who are chronically late and missed March 1, but evictions were halted by mid month.

Rarely does he have anyone on who earns less than about $100k/year or who has chronic health issues or ill or elderly loved ones to support. 

I also just really want to be debt free right now and maybe finally get over my insomnia which has been going on for three years, much of which I'm sure is about financial worries.I hope that clarifies my reasons for wanting to pay all-cash for my next real estate purchase.

Maybe this person has been a chronic issue for them or maybe they were just having a bad day.

I can't find one.The Mayo Clinic states:"Asbestosis (as-bes-TOE-sis) is a chronic lung disease caused by inhaling asbestos fibers. ** Prolonged exposure ** to these fibers can cause lung tissue scarring and shortness of breath.

I would not sweat the $5 bucks or late fees provided they are not chronic offenders.  

He's knowledgeable in about every aspect but his chronic illness and ailments have stopped him from being as active. 

Bad roof design keeps it a leaking plus other chronic issues inherent with a 107 year old soft brick building.
