Sub fields in the applications are called "child fields" WTF is that supposed to mean?

Red Rock Development spent $50 million building the 600,000sqft warehouse (that Amazon now occupies) without a tenant lined up based off the projected growth.

Tons of growth coming all over town with new developments constantly, plus the weather is great 9 months out of the year!
