That's the same question I've been asking myself the last year :p Still super fun though.I recommend: save 10%, donate 10% to charity, and spend 80% of the money on the things you and your brother truly enjoy or have always wanted to do.

@James DeRoestIf you can't absorb the time or the $40 to process an application then you ain't got much of a business and a charity would be letting the house rent-free.On that note why don't we charge job applicants the cost of setting up and running their interview - after all it's the cost of running a job and most employers aren't charities either.Aside from that the last thing I need is some disgruntled applicant lobbing a brick through a window in my property because they've had their money kept and been jerked off by some anodyne rejection letter.

In AZ if you had a mortgage with less than a $200k balance; the interest, property taxes, and state income tax could be lower than the standard deduction(2015 is $12,600), assuming you are married- unless you give A LOT of money to charity.
