Credit union3. pay off other smaller debts (Car, CC, Etc.) to lower DTI

It's limited in that it only allows for payments via CC (with a fee) or by connecting your bank account. 

They will tell you how you can call your CC companies and increase your credit line all so you can purchase more of their classes.You might get a good tip here and there, but I wouldn't be surprised if the info they give you only leaves you with more questions.

I use paynearme (for people who don't have checking / CC). 

I funded the repairs with a 0 interest home depot cc.

This is just the cold, hard truth, and the reason Penn State students will statistically end up higher on the socio-economic ladder than CC or state school students.

I recently just posted about the same situation (7k in cc on a 72k property).

You can get on  some wholesaler lists but they are generally in C / C- areas as the market is a bit overheated at the moment. 

If you loose the bid, your cc is not charged. 

I have a down payment and great credit but the bank seems to think my D:I ratio isnt acceptable ( Ive since paid off two student loans and a CC and my wife paid off her auto loan ).
